• Manage engineering projects of varying complexity, within a large engineering organization;
• Create, harmonize and track to detailed schedules;
• Coordinate the work with both internal and external (supplier) stakeholders, ensure the plan is followed and deliverables are completed;
• Get involved technically in the projects in order to understand and manage risks and priorities;
• Lead project reviews with external suppliers and governances with internal stakeholders;
• Manage change throughout the projects;
• Establish project milestones and ensure adherence;
• Support the working teams and propose solutions to manage unexpected events;
• Invest time in continuous improvement and help establish rigorous and well documented processes.
