SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in earthworks, roadworks, or similar civil projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations on project sites.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and support project planning and design processes.
  • Costing: Managing pricing and analyzing costs for efficiency
  • QA: Ensuring products meet standards through inspections.
  • ITP: Checking project compliance with specifications.
