REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil /Mechanical ) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 Years and above of working experience in building construction is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Civil & Construction or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Autocad would be an advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Good in technical submission
  • Able to lead workers and sub-contractors

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site.
  • Liaison with all the relevant parties involved in the project work e.g. sub-contractors, clients.
  • Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring and report of project progress.
  • Prepare all necessary reports/records for submission as and when required.
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.
