Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of college education from accredited degree program in Landscape, Construction, or relevant educationBachelor’s Degree preferred
- Construction Management, Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Experience in Landscape construction preferred
- Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
- Demonstrate initiative and desire to learn
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing (English and Spanish)
- Proficient with computer applications, data entry, and Microsoft suite of applications
- Basic understanding of scheduling programs, desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Procore is a plus.
- Must have a strong work ethic and good communication skills.
- Experience working for a Landscape contractor is helpful.
$55,000 - $65,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Support Project Manager in planning, scheduling, supervising and coordinating landscaping projects
- Reviewing Submittals & Take offs
- Creation of change orders with supervision from PM.
- Working with Project Manager to ensure the labor needs are being met.
- Monthly completion of subcontracts and compliance forms
- Reviewing project budgets and observing budgetary guidelines to ensure reasonableness of estimates and prudent use of resources in conjunction with Project Manager.
- Running weekly labor reports on projects to verify budget vs actual (hours and dollars)
- Working closely with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors in regard to project coordination.
- Preparing RFIs, client letters and documentation at the direction of the Project Manager.
- Working with the field team to ensure services are delivered according to schedule and contract specifications, on budget with a high standard of quality.
- Documentation control - submittals, Change Orders, soil samples, T & M tickets, and close out documents.
- Daily check ins with the field crews.
- Handling Yard Assistant/Driver Schedule
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities in relation to office assistance (assisting walk ins, front office duties, onboarding, safety training)
