Description:
About the role:
We have number of Project Engineer positions available, due to a large number of project wins including within Data Centres, Commercial and Healthcare in the North (Whittlesea and Epping) areas of Melbourne and continual ramp of on site activities of existing projects. In this position, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, whilst managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
Requirements
- 3-6 years experience on large scale construction projects
- Extensive previous on-site construction delivery experience
- Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
- Experience on healthcare, data centres or commercial projects
- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally as well as lead and mentor intermediate engineers
