JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities / subcontractors / workers at site and ensure work performed on-site complies with local authorities’ requirements.
- Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Candidate with Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is an added advantage
- Work experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.
- Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Possess a Class 3 license.
- Salary is commensurate to working experience.
