Project Engineer - RS DM ITSVIC

Downer’s DM Roads business provides ITS works, pavement rehabilitation, sealing and paving solutions to deliver end-to-end value in the management of road networks. We are currently looking for an Intelligent Transport System (ITS) Project Engineer to join our team and be responsible for managing and maintaining various electrical assets.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering, project/ business management qualifications or related project management industry experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of VicRoads specifications
• Project delivery fundamentals.
• Experience running projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable process and client interface.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Tertiary Civil, Electrical Engineering or Project Management Qualification.
• A demonstrable understanding in delivering Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to the preparation of project budgets and review of financial information to make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge and understanding of civil construction fundamentals and principles.
• An understanding of (ITS) assets such as Traffic Signals & Public Lighting is ideal, however not mandatory.
