Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. To meet up and discuss with the Clients, developer, contractor and all the stakeholder.
2. To maintain good relationship with clients, developer, contractors and all the stakeholder.
3. To maintain Existing Clients and build up on the Expansion.
4. To meet all the Contracts KPI requirements.
5. To have minimum 3 years or more experience in Building, Mechanical and Electrical works.
6. To standby 24/7 for urgent call and response to construction site.
7. To prepare and submit weekly report to the Project Manager on the sale forecast and works updates.
8. To engage and Coordinate with Specialist and Sub Contractors.
Requirements
1. Must Possess bachelor’s degree in engineering, Preferred Civil Engineering.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
3. Strong Knowledge in Building, Electrical & Mechanical work
