Description:
We are a cutting-edge technology company specializing in fully integrated multibeam sonar systems. Our product line includes a variety of compact and ultra-high resolution sonars tailored for different use-cases in the subsea and hydrographic industry. Our team is driven by innovation, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries in the field of electronics and acoustics.
Our Subsea Service Department is looking for students within the field of electronics, electronic system design or cybernetics. The position is a 20% part time employment during the school year, with up to 100% position for the summer 2024.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ongoing degree within electronics,electronic system design or cybernetics - preferably 2-3 years in
- You are eager to learn and have an interest in electronics
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will be supporting the senior engineers with carrying out the following tasks;
- Initial inspection of sonar systems
- Troubleshooting
- Testing equipment and replacing PCB’s
- Soldering
- Initializing service reports
This is a varied role where full training is given.
