Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and identify the scope of the work to be priced from studying building plans.
- Send information to suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain fixed price quotations to develop the final quotation figure.
- Generate quotations, issue to clients and following up.
- Attend site visits for inspections to meet with clients, attend tender meetings, coordinate with Project Management staff, and assist with the pricing of variations on existing contracts.
- Some general miscellaneous tasks may include assistance with the WHS and Quality systems of the business
