Our opportunity
As Development Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and financial control function at a project level for mixed use projects including but not limited to: accurate and timely updating of Project Feasibilities, accountable for the financial integrity of the Project Feasibility, and budgeting and forecasting project cashflows.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating Project Feasibilities and reporting of key project metrics.
Project level budgeting and forecasting, monthly updating of feasibility actuals and working with the Project Teams to reforecast future cashflows.
Assist with the preparation of PCG, Board and ELT papers and relevant financial information.
Presenting information at PCG meetings to highlight issues, solutions and key project information.
Undertake leasing analysis where required for assessment and approval.
Assist with invoice/PO management and processing whilst adhering to payment deadlines.
Ensuring ongoing engagements with and understanding of finance processes and timelines.
Adhering to Mirvac policies and procedures and internal reporting deadlines and providing accurate and high-quality outputs and quick responses to requests for project information.
Champion the consistent application of the key Mirvac values, leading by example and promoting a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Strong focus on continuous improvement and maximizing efficiency of finance processes and reporting.
Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified in a finance related discipline and have demonstrated finance/analytical experience within the Development / Real Estate industry. You will understand Development feasibility modelling and valuations.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, being able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, good decision-making skills and be a problem solver who is confident resolving issues as they arise.
