Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We have an opportunity within our commercial services team for a dynamic project leader to join and play a key role in seeing the successful delivery of the range of commercial related projects. The internal projects can involve reviewing the creative translation of text into patient and HCP available digital and printed materials as well as a variety of other marketing and branding clinical related projects.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the delivery of multiple branding/marketing related clinical projects working within brand guidelines.
  • Managing client expectations and delivery providing routine updates and recommendations with an ability to problem solve effectively.
  • Leading proposal development with overall accountability and ownership for project coordination, sourcing, and delivery
  • Leading resourcing to ensure that appropriate resources are available to complete the projects to timeline.
  • Providing metrics to evaluate the projects progress with respect to milestones, budgets, and timelines.

You Are:

  • Experienced within a client facing role in an operations environment, medical communications would be desirable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good written record keeping and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail to be able to manage complex projects simultaneously.
