  Our client is a boutique studio with Sydney and Melbourne (HQ) growing out with strategic new sectors and project wins.
  Established for over 10+ years, this is a well resourced and well structured studio who have a secured pipeline of projects across Education, Civic, Leisure and Government projects, Nationwide.
  The position for Project Lead, or Mid level architect with a run way to Project Lead, a technical and delivery architect who has a range of medium, $30ml-50ml project value, scale delivery experience is open.
  This role will involved client meetings, taking projects from Design Development to Construction stage, being hands on documentation with Revit, managing external consultants and contractors.
  Project diversity is on offer, with Education, and Leisure being the focus imminently.
  10Years experience post graduation of Bachelor of Architecture, Revit expertise, Proven project delivery experience of a range of commercial or education projects are elements of the the technical skillset desired.
  This studio is team focused, collaborative, so like minded individuals with excellent communication.
  A hybrid studio with flexibility and WFH offered.
