YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for managing the operational activities of a specific team to ensure the delivery and execution of the project to a high level with a high focus on customer service excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and achieving all productivity key performance indicators (KPI) at a consistently high level.
• Proactively engage with hubs, chartering desks, transport engineering, business unit, suppliers and internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Providing accurate rates for project requirements.
• Ensuring all necessary internal systems are kept up to date in a timely manner.Ad-hoc duties as requested by management. #LI-DNI
