Reporting to the Manager, Project & Portfolio Management, the Project Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the management of the portfolio, leading and assisting in the completion of Project Intake deliverables and supporting the Project Managers with Project Delivery functions. The position should be able to derive insights from large amounts of data that support and guide optimal project performance to meet benefits realization and ensure overall PPMO Capital budget is within the approved amount.
The Analyst role is focused on the consistent flow of current, accurate, and useful information amongst the Steering Committee, the Project Management Office (PMO), project managers, and the Portfolio Governance Committee (PGC).

What will you be responsible for?
Responsibilities:
ASSISTING THE PPMO OFFICE WITH KEY TASKS OF:
- preparing for the monthly Portfolio Governance Committee (PGC) meeting with Executives which includes but not limited to:
- Preparing documents for review & posting them- business cases amongst others
- taking minutes of said meeting
- leading the discussion on prep work & documents for the meeting - the PGC deck for the meeting as an example
- Working closely with finance for monthly updates & budgets for the PPMO, receiving invoices as applicable
- working with various stakeholders for annual Benefits Realization report
- completion of the corporate Balance Scorecard by collaborating with various stakeholders, monthly PPMO status reports
- assisting the PMs with onboarding/offboarding of external partners(Contractors) and other duties
- maintenance of various project sites & deliverables
- works closely with the VP enterprise Strategy & manager, Project Strategic Services with portfolio prioritization

- College diploma with 3 years related experience
