Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with Strategic Communication for a fully remote role for one of our clients.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

You must have all of the following experience and competencies, which must be evidenced in your CV:

  • Capacity to execute during June 2024
  • Proven experience in EU North Sea Region project setup, management, and communication
  • Experience and footprint at a pan European level
  • Experience conducting projects within the health and digital health domain
  • Capacity to provide a multidisciplinary and multilevel team
  • Financial stability and solvence
  • Capacity to react to additional needs, if required

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The start of the project is 2024-10-01 and prior to that the client needs help to set up the project.
The client is now looking for a project leader to help the client and consortium representatives from the 11 different organizations across the Nordic Sea Region who are part of the project. The project leader is expected to provide project management and strategic communication support in the setup of an Interreg North Sea Region EU funded project led by the client.
You must be an EU citizen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the development of a Consortium Agreement, including troubleshoot within the repartition of Shared Costs among partners, governance, project management structure, advice, and process design towards reaching agreements (incl legal) for its delivery to the EU.
  • Support in preparation and facilitation of pre-kickoff meetings, agenda and administrative tasks regarding the setup of the project’s official kickoff
  • Support in the streamline and preparation of “change requests” required by the EU after the approval of the project. These might include: changes in KPI’s, indicators, work package structure and budget/resource allocation.
  • Support in developing detailed project plan for the 1st year of the project.
  • Setting up the verticals of an initial communication strategy, including internal (at consortium level) and external communication.
  • Partnership general support in coordination.
