YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Our investment fund specialists team provide regulatory, reporting, documents and analytics services to our investment management clients.
We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant who will provide administrative support to business teams of investment funds experts.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor degree in administrative support or secretarial field.
- Relevant experience in professional services would be considered as an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, service-minded and attention to detail
- Curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with teams in the Investment Management industry
- Capacity to interact and connect with various stakeholders
- Organisation and rigor, ability to handle and prioritize numerous and diverse tasks
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines as well as being autonomous with a sense of initiative
- Fluency in English, any other European language being an asset
