The company is a reputable brand in the F&B industry with a strong global presence. They’re now looking for a Project Executive to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development and to support their expansion.

about the job

• Be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within our organization.
• Work closely with the Project Director on projects
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for our projects, from initiation to completion
• Manage various contractors to deliver the projects including but not limited to mitigating any project risks, monitoring project progress, quality, and cost control
• Monitor the execution of the works by ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved
• Do paperwork and follow up on store construction

job requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a project management role, have worked with vendors
• Preferably experienced in the F&B/retail industry
• Knowledge in AutoCAD would be highly desirable
• Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
