Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the successful closure of projects within the pharmaceutical industry. This position involves overseeing the transfer of machines to headquarters and managing the phased-out products. Collaborates closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure a smooth transition and efficient closure.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project closure plan, considering all aspects related to machine transfer and product phasing out. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Oversee the transfer of machines from satellite locations to the central headquarters. Collaborate with logistics, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless relocation. Monitor progress and address any challenges during the transfer process.
  • Manage the phased-out products, including inventory control, documentation, and communication. Work closely with product managers and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements during the phasing-out process.
  • Communicate project closure updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and project teams.
  • Conduct a post-project review to identify areas for improvement. Document best practices, challenges faced, and recommendations for future projects.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure all financial aspects of the project are closed appropriately. Review contracts, invoices, and payments related to the project.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to relevant teams, ensuring a smooth transition post-closure. Assist in resource reallocation and reassignment to other projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management or PMO roles preferably in pharma related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
