Project Management Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree，Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with a focus on quality and results.

• Review project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Allocate resources and confer with project, service, operations, sales & finance staff to outline project schedule and assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
• Ensure the company’s and project related Quality Assurance objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place to address potential issues.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and closing reports.
• Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
