An information technology project management office (IT PMO) provides project oversight and rules of engagement to manage technology-related projects effectively. It serves as a central hub for project oversight, governance, and support, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.

• Establish project governance structure
• Establish and maintain the governance guidelines for projects execution
• Ensure project implementation process adherence to governance guidelines
• Define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities that align with business unit’s practices
• Identify and support all projects issues and risks.
• Consistent project execution with an improved overall quality and reduced project risks.
• Centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders.
• Track overall progress of IT projects
• Acts as a single point of contact for IT project status. Maintains communication with stakeholders.
• Enables real-time visibility across the enterprise

Must have worked in a bank before and has development experience
