As a Project Management Officer, you will be in charge of :

  • Responsible for assigned project management activities.
  • Tasks include preparation for decision-making, support for project management and team, and coordination of administrative tasks.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and workshops, including taking minutes, creating project files, and preparing draft contracts.
  • Lead project reporting and document management.
  • Manage project proposals and changes; support the preparation and development of project orders.
  • Coordinate change and configuration management within a specific business unit.
  • Oversee communication, information dissemination, and documentation.
  • Manage project-related quality and resource allocations.
  • Assist in training project managers and staff.

Profile :

  • Experience in supporting cross-project planning and project controlling.
  • Familiarity with HERMES phase documents and project management systems.
  • Ability to modify project plans, manage deliverables, timelines, costs, and risks.
  • Capable of identifying anomalies and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Proficient in ensuring standardized reporting and conducting project audits and reviews.
  • Skills in reviewing and adapting project management plans, preparing phase acceptances, and formulating change requests.
  • Competent in quality and risk management related to projects.
  • You are HERMES or TOGAF certified.
  • Fluency in English is required, French or German is a plus!
