Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports the PMO in project implementations of various enterprise systems including both vendor-provided solutions and applications developed internally. Works directly with business subject matter experts to clearly define project scope, requirements, process flows and other business needs. Communicates effectively with IT and all levels of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams, build effective working relationships and resolve issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer/Information Science, management information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in designing, implementing and supporting project implementations.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Project preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with project stakeholders and end users to review, analyze and create detailed documentation of business requirements.
  • Facilitate business requirements sessions.
  • Collaborate in the creation of project plans to schedule requirements and testing activities.
  • Implement practices and procedures for test plans and facilitate end user creation of test cases.
  • Monitor, report and resolve issues from project inception thru implementation.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.
