About the role
The Process Improvement Analyst will analyze and identify improvements for current department processes. Document and implement department processes, tools and templates. Manage mid-size projects and implementations, often focused on process modifications to improve efficiencies and drive savings for Financial Sector client.
This is not a remote role, the selected candidate will be required to report to the client’s offices in New York City, NY.
What you’ll do
Manage projects to develop and implement mid-sized process efficiencies. Uses project management tools which may include a project plan, business case/cost benefit tracker, training and communication plan, etc.
Research and gain in-depth understanding of current processes and formally documents new areas of process improvement via Visio.
Analyze and benchmarks process metrics against industry standards to ensure a “best practice” is achieved when possible.
Assist management in the tracking and prioritization of projects in the Process Improvement Team pipeline.
Conduct time/motion studies to forecast savings in specific areas of a department.
Partner with IT to create technology solutions which achieve direct process efficiencies.
Create, write, document, and train client specific CBRE interior construction and project management processes.
Document construction and project management process changes using Visio, MS Excel spreadsheet, and MS Word.
Train staff on new approved business processes.
May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or mentorship to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required plus a minimum of three years of experience with process improvement, project management or other related experience.
Ideal candidate will have a project management background along with process improvement experience. Corporate interior renovation experience preferred. Financial client experience is a plus.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to translate CBRE Construction and Project Management Processes and rollouts to train existing project management team and new hires.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to effectively present information.
Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (Microsoft Office Suite Products and Visio are required).
Preferred certification(s): Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification

The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
