SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join the Global Strategy & Transformation team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery within budget and scope.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborators, and external partners to drive project success and build new quality within the Baxter organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams to assign tasks, ensure effective communication, and monitor project progress.
  • Managing project expenditures, tracking costs, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to maintain project progress.
  • Establishing and implementing project timelines, ensuring turning points are met within specified deadlines.
