Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

With support and training, you will learn and be required to:

  • Provide project administration duties including coordinating, managing, and scheduling business tasks.
  • Perform costing duties and calculate the scope of projects.
  • Coordinate tasks across the different business department streams and employees to achieve common goals.
  • Attend project management training courses and successfully complete course work.
  • Comply with ASC’s PRIDE Values, Code of Conduct and Policies & Procedures.

In addition to sound communication skills, a demonstrated ability / interest in an administrative role and enthusiasm to learn, our successful Project Management Trainee will possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required).
  • A good level of computer literacy.
  • Motivation to learn and develop.
  • Good organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to obtain Project Management qualifications whilst receiving on the job training.
  • Desire to grow a career into a Project Management role
