Description:
- Sydney CBD based - 1-2 days per week in office
- ICT portfolio experience necessary
- $700 - $800 pday + SA
A large government agency is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and analysis of assurance trends to produce a comprehensive government report. Needing an individual who has worked on an ICT portfolio of investment, worked closely with a data team to analyse large data sets and an analytical/communications background.
This role requires a strong background in project management and the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights for both internal and external stakeholders. This will be a 6 month contract based in Sydney CBD. This role requires the candidate to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong people skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management.
- Background in portfolio management
- Analytical & communications background
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the creation of the assurance trends and analysis
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather relevant data, conduct in-depth analysis of assurance trends, and identify key insights that will contribute to a comprehensive report.
- Report Development: Lead the development of the assurance trends and analysis reporting
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, communication specialists and subject matter experts
- Presentation and Communication: Effectively communicate complex data and insights to diverse audiences, both internally and externally, through engaging and informative presentations.
