SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGER VACANCY

• Relevant building qualifications
• Demonstrated experience of working on high-end residential construction projects from initial stages (excavation / demolition through to completion).
• Will have ideally come from a site background, such as experience Site Manager looking to take that step to Project Manager level.
• Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
• Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
• Good level of IT literacy.

• Responsible for the management of all phases of projects from initial establishment to handover.
• Lead consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve the best performance.
• Direct all members of the project team, including Site Manager / Foreman.
• Establish and manage project budgets.
• Implement work programs for sites.
• Ensure site WHS and all building legislation is adhered to.
• The position will be based on site and in the office.
