SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGER VACANCY
- Relevant building qualifications
- Demonstrated experience of working on high-end residential construction projects from initial stages (excavation / demolition through to completion).
- Will have ideally come from a site background, such as experience Site Manager looking to take that step to Project Manager level.
- Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
- Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
- Good level of IT literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of all phases of projects from initial establishment to handover.
- Lead consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve the best performance.
- Direct all members of the project team, including Site Manager / Foreman.
- Establish and manage project budgets.
- Implement work programs for sites.
- Ensure site WHS and all building legislation is adhered to.
- The position will be based on site and in the office.
