Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Admin Support to join our team on a fixed term basis until the 31st March 2026.
You will provide consistent provision of higher level comprehensive project management and administrative support.
Manage, prioritise, plan and organise own time and co-ordinate that of your team and external partners if appropriate, using extensive knowledge, skills and experience.
Provide leadership that encourages high performance from other staff within your team, external partners with the aim of maintaining optimum efficiency within the projects you are working on.
Train and provide support/line management to enable other team members and partners to deliver against project objectives.
To utilise the required technology/hospital systems / new technology or system (s) and support others to do so to deliver an efficient projects meeting targets.
Deal with external and internal queries. This may include providing complex or sensitive information or advice to internal and external partners
Maintains working relationships within own division and external partners to facilitate an effective project.
Use judgement to deal with a range of routine and non-routine problems that may arise, and only exceptionally refer very complex issues to the appropriate person. Routinely investigate a variety of issues and propose and implement solutions
Responsible for developing, maintaining efficient electronic and manual filing systems.
Responsible for the maintenance of accurate data as appropriate, and creating reports as requested.
Take and transcribe formal minutes, and create action plans and administer as appropriate
