ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Business Administration and, ideally, has Aged Care or Health Sector experience. In order to succeed in this role, you should have a solid background with:

• Project Planning and Execution,
• Budgeting and Resource Management,
• Team Coordination and Leadership,
• Stakeholder Management plus
• Project Documentation and Reporting.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consulting with the relevant project sponsor to develop, and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks by developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• In collaboration with the relevant project sponsor, develop project budgets and monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication and collaboration.
