QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor degree in relevant field (master is a plus)
• PMP certified.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (Speaking, writing, and reading)
• Good usage of dashboards tools, planning tools
• Excellent report writing skills and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills

• Lead day to day management in the respective
• Advise and inform the Executive director on the day-to-day operations of the respective projects for timelydecision-making and
• Providing recommendations to overcome key delivery challenges of the respective
• Support and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the project
• Lead evaluation of key performance
• Compile implementation and performance reports of the Project for submission to various stakeholders
• Actively manage the stakeholders and ensure the right support or feedback is obtained.
• Maintain the risk management plan for the project
• Provide problem-solving leadership solutions related to the Project.
• Support the rationalization of Development and Operating expenditure for the Project
• Interface directly with stakeholders to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements and project schedule, quality and risk
• Implement an appropriate and effective project management
• Collect, study and analyze information, data and statistics relevant for the Program to develop its strategic
• Provide technical knowledge and know-how in conducting related Labs, including provision of work schedule andkey deliverables, and scoping of
