Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the development and execution of one or more initiatives within the Contact Centre.
  • Ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects and initiatives while adhering to the relevant project governance framework.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to grasp project objectives and requirements, and manage the implementation of Contact Centre initiatives, utilizing internal resources for a range of business change plans and projects.
  • Identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the successful delivery of project strategies, implementing contingencies to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
  • Maintaining robust governance and compliance of recommendations and proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, advocating for opportunities to enhance systems, frameworks, and processes.
