Our client, a US-based company, is seeking a versatile and talented individual to join their team in the role of Project Manager and Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, as well as providing high-level administrative support to company executives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Communicate project objectives, requirements, and status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to company executives, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
