    Melbourne CBD based Architecture company, with over 20 years experience across VIC that is seeking a Senior Project Manager.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, 5+ years overall experience in the Architecture/Construction/Fabrication industry.
  • A strong portfolio of commercial projects including retail sector and a solid work history with reliable references.
  • Strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a high level.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholder.

Responsibilities:

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $5m
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide full scope & feasibility of works.
  • To support in the delivery of supply & installation projects.
  • Monitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
