Melbourne CBD based Architecture company, with over 20 years experience across VIC that is seeking a Senior Project Manager.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, 5+ years overall experience in the Architecture/Construction/Fabrication industry.
- A strong portfolio of commercial projects including retail sector and a solid work history with reliable references.
- Strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a high level.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholder.

Responsibilities:
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $5m
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide full scope & feasibility of works.
- To support in the delivery of supply & installation projects.
- Monitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, 5+ years overall experience in the Architecture/Construction/Fabrication industry.
