Than you might be the new colleague we are looking for as Project Manager in the packaging department at Rødkærsbro Dairy.
You will be a part of a team with four operational specialist and four team leaders. The department has 145 employees in total and has four subdepartments with 10 production lines . In your daily work, you will spend most of the time working with cross-functional project groups locally at Rødkærsbro Dairy and with colleagues from our headquarter in Viby J (Aarhus, Denmark).
“We are facing a tremendously exciting journey with the implementation of two new state-of-the-art production lines, as well as the modernization of older equipment for our packaging lines in Rødkærsbro. In addition, we have had an enormous growth in the industry in recent years. Therefore, I need a project manager who can ensure deliverables of CAPEX projects and take lead on improvement activities in collaboration with a very strong team.” says Operations Manager Lasse Sørensen

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

• Documented experienced as a small/medium-scale project manager.
• Documented experience as a project team member in a large-scale project.
• One year of business management experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partly responsible for managing the constraints of the project, including cost, time, scope and quality of outcome.
• Manages project team members in a small/medium-scale project.
• Responsible for planning and management of projects to ensure that the specified project objectives are achieved to agreed specifications.
• Ensures continuous business anchoring of the project through close dialogue with the pro-ject sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Ensures that the Arla Foods project process is followed and that the appropriate tools and systems are used to report and document changes and results throughout the project.
• Ensures that legislation is kept and that important knowledge/results from the project are documented and protected.
• Ensures a smooth and efficient project completion. That also includes suggesting changes of the project organisation if needed.
• Participates in the development of Arla Foods project culture by giving feedback on existing or new tools/systems/processes relevant to project management in Arla Foods.
