The Role: As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of excellence, collaborating closely with a seasoned and highly reputable senior team member. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Help to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for maintaining a high level of safety on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan.
  • Utilise project management software and tools to track key performance indicators and project metrics.
