THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A proven ability to transform functioning prototypes into finished, market-ready products.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, alongside a knack for technical tasks.
• A history of working successfully within multidisciplinary teams and managing projects independently.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring team members, with a potential to develop in people management.
• Familiarity with R & D processes, product lifecycle management, and consumer insights.
• A readiness to embrace change, challenge the norm, and drive improvements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Project management of sustainability (packaging) related projects, including but not limited to PCR plastic and recyclable materials
• Although based in Dubai, the scope of this role will require the candidate to manage projects in ASIA, ASEAN, Greater China and Middle East/Africa

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• FMCG or related e.g. Healthcare / medical device / Pharma experience (3+ yrs)
• Project management experience, ideally holding or working towards a recognised project management qualification
• Experience in packaging development or product development would be highly favourable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and planning skills, together with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
