Job Description:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure team members have the resources needed to complete their assignments.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address issues to keep the project on track.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets.Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the approved budget.
• Communication: Communicate project objectives, updates, and timelines to all stakeholders.Facilitate regular project status meetings and report on progress.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Conduct thorough testing and verification processes.
• Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones.Implement adjustments to the project plan as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.Ensure all project-related information is properly archived.
• Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to enhance future project success.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
