Consisting of two key brands - FASTEN Packaging and Orchard Custom Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager (12 Month Contract) to oversee and manage multiple projects for our clients. this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and deadlines, and ensuring all projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty industry, excellent communication skills and can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the Sales team within IBG and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain critical path timelines for all projects - from development to delivery.
- Review and sign off on all costings and quotes at the product development and sourcing stage.
- Manage and update costings and quotes to account for any changes that may occur during the order process.
- Budget control for IBG costings and quotations to the client.
- Monitor purchase orders issued to vendors. Ensure samples are coming and delivery times are adhered to.
- Provide customers with pricing and lead-time for all new projects by evaluating budgets, costs, complexity, and other factors. Ensure timely delivery of samples, quotes, and orders.
- Resolve any complaints or issues by developing solutions and making recommendations.
- Communicate with clients during the development and order process to ensure critical path timelines are adhered to.
