Description:
A GROWING MAIN CONTRACTOR WITH STRONG FINANCIAL COVENANT STRENGTH IS LOOKING TO EXPAND THEIR REGIONAL PRESENCE IN THE NORTH WEST AND LOOKING TO APPOINT A PROJECT MANAGER TO LEAD AS NO.1 ON A £30M RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT SCHEME IN MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Project Director level candidate with the ability to lead the Design and Build of a £30m scheme with support of commercial, Design Management team to assist the delivery of the scheme from advanced Stage 4 design and through the construction cycle of the project until 2026 with an exciting and secure construction pipeline ahead.
The project involves an RC frame apartment block in excess of 10 Stories and refurbishment and conversion of a listed building into residential apartments.
Candidates that can demonstrate a successful construction track record in Project Management within a Main Contractor to deliver residential schemes would be of strong interest.
