REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management
  • P. Eng. (Ontario) designation - considered an asset
  • Strong project management and technical skills
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Contracts
  • Strong technical writing skills; experienced in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and proposals
  • Effective verbal communicator, including presentation, facilitation and listening skills
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Strategic, analytical and practical thinker
  • Credible knowledge of relevant municipal, provincial and design standards
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
