INTRODUCTION:
We’re excited to announce a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team at Jinding. This role is based in our head office in Melbourne and offers a rewarding career path within our newly created prefabricated homes division. If you’re looking to transition from a hands-on role and are seeking a permanent position where you can utilize your knowledge of the building industry, we want to hear from you. As a project manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging partnerships with international partners and evaluating opportunities for mutually beneficial ventures.
- Leading the collaborative design and documentation process with our chosen partner for a flagship pilot project.
- Developing detailed job drawings and comprehensive cost plans, ensuring compliance with BCA regulations to efficiently deliver the pilot projects to the highest quality standards.
- Scoping, tendering, and engaging the local project team required to deliver the pilot project.
- Actively contributing to shaping the overall business strategy and fostering the growth of our prefabricated building unit.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE HAS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to collaborate with local and international project teams
- Detailed knowledge of BCA requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Current passport and willingness to travel abroad (when required)
- Possession of a Building License would be highly regarded
- Familiarity with prefabricated construction techniques is desirable
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is also desirable
