About the role
As a Project Manager, you will ensure the successful management and implementation of technology projects, including resourcing, project phases, schedules, budgeting and tracking through to project completion.
You will engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to ensure visibility of projects through status reports and presentations.
This role can be based in our national support offices in either Melbourne or Perth and we embrace hybrid working for our teams.

What’s involved:

  • Manage the project lifecycle for applicable projects to successful completion within established requirements, timelines, and methodologies
  • Proactively manage resources across projects
  • Provide relevant reporting on project status, identifying risks and issues and take corrective actions
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to proactively assess needs and requirements to improve project delivery outcomes
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to work in partnership with the Bunnings project team

Who we’re looking for:
Bringing experience in project management across varied technology delivery projects, you will be skilled in effectively managing project timelines. You will be an effective communicator, who is excellent at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

You’ll need:

  • Prior experience in managing IT project delivery across a number of large scale projects
  • Experience and knowledge of Technology hardware, applications, systems, and infrastructure within a retail environment would be highly desired
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear project documentation, reports and presentations
  • Well developed organisation and planning skills
  • Experience in leading and organising project teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related discipline is desired
  • Relevant project management qualifications are desired
