THE OPPORTUNITY

We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join Bupa on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Working in our People team, this role will partner closely with business leaders and teams to deliver high quality project management services at pace to deliver strategic outcomes.
To be successful in the role, you will have previous project management experience within a large organisation and strong stakeholder management.
This is a Melbourne based role with hybrid working arrangements.

• Engage leaders and develop effective stakeholder relationships to understand and agree the business and customer needs and facilitate successful project outcomes that meet those needs
• Delivery of agreed project scope within required timeframe, cost & quality constraints
• Identify resources required to deliver projects and ensure resource profiles and plans and associated costs are developed
• Ensure all required resources are engaged and procured to meet deliverables in a timely manner
• Establish and monitor appropriate project governance for each stream within the project, and ensure alignment with the Portfolio governance and reporting framework
• Establish project resource plans and schedules.
• Complete integrated Project Status reporting and submit to required timelines
• Clearly and regularly communicate with key stakeholders and ensure the project Sponsor is comfortable and confident that the project is on track and achieving success
