ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an established project management professional who brings a delivery focus, dexterity, creativity and a lean-agile mindset to deliver quality outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
As a Project Manager you will be passionate about delivering value, optimising the flow of work and ensuring quality. You’ll be working closely with teams across both technical and non-technical areas of the business, optimising planning and delivery activity, ensuring we deliver in the most efficient & agile way, with measurable value. We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who’ve operated in mixed delivery frameworks (Project and Product Delivery)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Planning, shaping and delivery management of Change and Transformation activity with a relentless focus on delivering business value, optimising the flow of work and ensuring quality outputs
  • Tasking and coordination within the Portfolio Value Stream, Programme and Projects including the identification and management of the necessary resources
  • Eliminating and where necessary managing and mitigating delivery risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining clear management and control of delivery objectives with specific focus on flow, value, and quality
  • Developing, maintaining, and regularly communicating the delivery roadmap alongside the provision of formal delivery performance reporting and insight
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, effective, and trusted relationships with sponsors, governance committees and key stakeholders across the business
  • Ensuring business objectives and technology alignment for change activity is optimised to ensure business plans are achieved
  • Lead, support and drive continuous improvement through a range of quality management activities across the portfolio and the system of change
