We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our team in Germany. This role involves direct engagement with clients to analyze and gather requirements, coupled with expert handling of business process documentation and construction. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of digital transformation, with specific insights into digitalization and digitization. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of business process documentation and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation practices with a focus on digitalization and digitization.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly beneficial.
• A proactive approach to handling challenges and a strong eagerness to work with the latest technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) preferred.

• Engage directly with clients across various industries to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business process documentation that clearly communicates processes, systems, and technology integrations.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or digital enhancement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and integrate this knowledge into project planning and execution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital solutions, with an emphasis on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business functionalities.
• Work collaboratively with IT and business units to implement digital projects that align with strategic business goals.
