About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the contract management and delivery of Optimised Retrofit Projects, as well as other funding and investment programmes.
You will be responsible for the contract, supply chain and budget management of all retrofit works whilst ensuring that all contractors adopt the principles of PAS 2030 and PAS2035. Working closely with the Head of Asset Management and Decarbonisation, you will develop a whole stock assessment for CCHAs homes to create an Affordable Warmth and Decarbonisation Plan for the housing stock.
As part of the role, you will deliver, monitor and continuously improve the organisations Asset Management Strategy in line with wider organisational priorities, ensuring our compliance with WHQS23, whilst also assisting in the delivery of CCHAs Decarbonisation and Environmental Strategy.
To ensure that we are delivering the best service, you will undertake research of new legislation and follow best practices to improve new build, whole home refurbishment and existing home specifications, technical standards and archetypes designs.
You will also be responsible for the management of a small team who you will lead to deliver CCHAs retrofit, stock condition and WHQS2023 related works and programmes.
By delivering successful projects and implementing solutions to reduce emissions you will play a pivotal role in providing affordable, comfortable and safe housing for our tenants.
