CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Project Manager to join the team located in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage Projects to client and company requirements within budget and programme.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Relevant degree qualified or Project Management experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & maintain client relations on the project ensuring high levels of Customer satisfaction for the project
  • Full P&L responsibility for the projects managed
  • Work with FM and other divisions of company in a structured fashion to be a participating team member, supporting the team and Project Account Manager
  • Attend training, development and group sessions as detailed by your Line Manager
  • Own and participate in the development of achievement of your personal development plan.
  • Be responsible for own resource utilization and advise line manager upon future estimated requirements
  • Be aware of projects group offerings and identify areas of business opportunity to your line manager
  • Ensure close liaison and matrix working with FM and Consultancy to deliver seamless service to Clients
  • Undertake projects in close liaison with line manager to comply with current processes laid down for the company and the account
  • Ensure that the overall team, PAM and client are regularly informed regarding project progress and formal project reviews take place
  • Achieve a satisfactory client awareness as fed back via FM staff/client as appropriate.
  • Achieve a satisfactory internal/external audit; Demonstrate compliance by self-audit
  • Produce and work to a project cost plan, agreed with your line manager; produce accurate and timely monthly cost information to the Project Account Manager as requested
  • Contribute to achievement of group financial plan and profit target as held centrally; Demonstrate good financial control
  • Identify opportunities that may improve performance and improve contribution
