Project Manager
Position Description

CGI has an immediate need for a Project Manager to join our team in Reston, VA or Washington, DC. This position could also be performed in any city where CGI has an office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. Your future duties and responsibilities

• Project management background with delivered projects in Analytics and Modeling areas.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Must be knowledgeable of Analytics and Modeling in Mortgage industry.
• Comfortable in creating product summaries for executive audiences
• Experience working with leadership/management is a huge plus
• Ability to manage multiple and concurrent work streams from end to end.
• Relationship Savvy - Must be able to negotiate/work with Clients, Business partners and enthuse the team and get stuff done. In essence, must excel in stakeholder management.
• Candidate must be hands-on with tools used in Agile project management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Experience: 6+ years of Project Management experience in Analytics/Modeling Field.
• Project management background
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Must be knowledgeable of Analytics and Modeling in Mortgage industry.
• Comfortable in creating product summaries for executive audiences
• Experience working with leadership/management is a huge plus

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in related area
• Certifications: PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
