POSITION OVERVIEW:

Plan, manage and control projects, ensuring delivery on time within budget and to specified quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Credentials
  • 3-5 years project management-related experience, with a proven track record of successful execution of projects, including projects with non-technology focus
  • Excellent decision making skills
  • Analytical skills to assess objectives to ensure they are properly represented in the project and communication plans
  • Ability to clearly identify and communicate the status and progress of project, and to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues concerning the project objectives
  • Strong planning, organizational, monitoring and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships with a diverse network of people, to obtain results by assisting and influencing the work of others especially when there is not direct authority with the group
  • Strong presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop all project plans to achieve the objectives of the projects.
  • Anticipate and take appropriate action to address developments that could potentially affect the achievement of the work plan.
  • Manage shares and transfer knowledge to support business areas during and post completion of the project.
  • Manage expenses, budget and overall administration of the project
